Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
